HOW TO USE UINVEST SHARE EXCHANGE (USE)

This service features an unique opportunity for stock trade with other members of Uinvest. A simple way to earn some more! The price of your stock went up and it’s time to sell it, so you are looking for a buyer? Or do you want to get some shares because you see that they are rising rapidly? With Uinvest Share Exchange you can easily manage your stock, see demand trends, and also keep an eye on other members’ trade actions. All deals are completed automatically by the service.

General Features

Every project on your Assets Management page has a feature “buyers and sellers” (a link under the project’s picture). Click on it and a pulldown table appears.
This table is divided into two parts: “Who wants to buy” and “Who wants to sell”. Below there is a list of current members placed their orders for this project’s shares. So there you could see a price offered per one share, quantity of shares to buy/sell, and a date of the order placing. This table also allows you comparing prices offered per a share by different members.

Placing an Order

Buying shares available in stock
If you decided to buy some shares click on “place an order” link in the “Who wants to buy” section. You will be forwarded to Orders page.
There you see the Existing Orders section, the “Create new Order” section, and “My shares on this project” table.
In “Existing Orders” you see those who want to buy or sell these shares, offered prices, and stock available accordingly. In the “Create new order” section, select type “Purchase”, enter quantity of shares you want to buy and your price per share then click on “CREATE”. A pop-up dialog appears to confirm the order; there you can also see the total amount you are going to spend. Click on “create”.
Next, the page shown below appears for several seconds.
In “My shares on this project” table you see all the shares you bought on a certain project (highlighted with green).

Placing an order for shares not available in stock

If you place an order for shares that currently are not available in stock, it will be listed in the table “Who wants to buy”. This order is considered as “an active order”. You can cancel this order any time by clicking on “del” icon next to it.
As soon as the required shares are available in stock or some member places an order for sale of shares at the price you offer the Uinvest Share Exchange Service will automatically complete the order, and you will see a list of bought shares in your stock (“My shares on this project” table), and the order is considered as “completed”.

Selling shares

If you decided to sell some shares on a certain project click on “place an order” link in the “Who wants to sell” section of “buyers and sellers” table. You will be forwarded to Orders page.
There you see the Existing Orders section, the “Create new Order” section, and “My shares on this project” table.
In “Existing Orders” you see those who want to buy or sell these shares, offered prices, and stock available accordingly. In “My shares on this project” table you see your stock.
So, to create an order for sale in the “Create new order” section select type “Sale”, enter quantity of shares you want to sell and your price per share, and then click on “CREATE”. A pop-up dialog appears to confirm the order; there you can also see the total amount you will earn. Click on “create”.
Next, the page shown below appears for several seconds.
If there are purchase orders for these shares and at the same price you sell them the Uinvest Share Exchange Service will automatically complete the order, and in your stock (“My shares on this project” table) you could only see shares left after this order completion. The order is considered as “completed”. If there are no purchase orders for the shares you sell or the price differs then your order will be listed in the table “Who wants to sell”. This order is considered as “an active order”. You can cancel it any time by clicking on “del” icon next to the order.
After you placed a sale order you see that in “My shares on this project” table there are some shares highlighted with red. That means these shares are offered for sale but still are not bought. As soon as someone buys these shares they will disappear from this table.

HAPPY UINVESTING!
